Welcome to AI TodoList for Gmail, operated by Mokksh. By installing and using our Chrome Extension ("Service"), you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our Service, you agree to these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

AI TodoList for Gmail is a browser extension designed to extract actionable tasks from your emails using Artificial Intelligence. We provide both a Free tier (limited daily extractions) and a Pro tier (unlimited extractions subject to fair use limits).

3. User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account and extension settings.
• You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purposes or to violate any local, state, national, or international laws.
• You must not reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of the extension.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

• Pro Tier: Providing an active Subscription or Order ID unlocks Pro features. Payments are processed securely via third-party providers (Razorpay or Lemon Squeezy).
• Refunds: We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for initial subscription purchases. If you are not satisfied, contact support within 14 days of your purchase to request a full refund.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through the respective payment provider's portal. Cancellation logic applies to the end of the current billing cycle.

5. Fair Use Policy

To ensure service stability for all users, Pro accounts are subject to fair use limits (currently 10 extractions per day) and cooldown periods. We reserve the right to temporarily throttle or suspend accounts that abuse the Service by performing automated, rapid-fire extractions.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. In no event shall we be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use or inability to use the Service. We do not guarantee that the AI extraction will be 100% accurate; users should verify tasks independently.

7. Modifications to Service and Terms

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
